Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Neurish was created by Lucinda, a neurodivergent Registered Mental Health Nurse and specialist health educator in neurodevelopmental conditions. Across her clinical career, she has seen how many neurodivergent people struggle to find connection in digital spaces that weren’t designed with their communication styles, sensory needs, or relational preferences in mind. As the author of the Deep Lens Model, her work has consistently centred on creating environments where neurodivergent individuals feel understood, respected, and supported.

Neurish grew from this combination of lived experience and professional insight. Lucinda recognised the need for a calmer, more predictable, genuinely affirming platform, one that reduces stress, removes pressure, and makes meaningful connections possible without masking. Neurish is her commitment to building a space where neurodivergent people can connect in ways that feel safe, sustainable, and human.
