It offers interest‑based matching, low-stim design and community spaces built for people who prefer predictable, low-pressure social interaction.

Who is Neurish for?
Neurish is for neurodivergent adults and parents, including autistic people, people with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s, PDA and anyone who experiences social struggles or prefers calmer digital spaces. You do not need a diagnosis to join.

Can I join through the website?
No. You cannot create an account directly through the website. The website provides information about Neurish and includes a link that takes you to download the app. All sign‑ups and matching happen inside the Neurish app.

You can download Neurish through the link on our website here, which directs you to the correct app store for your device.

Yes. You can personalise your interests, communication preferences, sensory needs and visibility settings to help Neurish match you more accurately.

What is low stim mode?
Low stim mode reduces visual intensity, animations and sensory load. It is ideal for autistic users, people with ADHD and anyone who prefers calmer digital environments.

Neurodivergent-friendly design includes low-stim visuals, predictable flows, reduced cognitive load and clear communication options. It supports autistic users, people with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles.

Can I use Neurish if I am undiagnosed?
Yes. Many neurodivergent people do not have a formal diagnosis. Neurish welcomes autistic people, people with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s, PDA and anyone who prefers structured, low-pressure interaction.

I cannot log in. What do I do?
Check your email, password and internet connection. If issues continue, use the Reset Password option or contact support.

How do I reset my password?
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account through the Settings menu. This permanently removes your data in line with GDPR requirements.
Why is my app not loading? Try closing and reopening the app, checking your connection or updating to the latest version. If the issue continues, contact support.

Which devices does Neurish support?
Neurish supports modern iOS and Android devices. Older devices may experience reduced performance.

Neurish was founded by Lucinda, a neurodivergent Registered Mental Health Nurse, specialist health educator in neurodevelopmental conditions and author of the Deep Lens Model.
